After an initial telephone interview we invite the successful candidates to an Assessment Day at your premises. The day starts by providing more information about the scheme and about the role itself.
The assessment day will include:
Some more information on the role and the apprenticeship scheme
There are two assessments for the candidates to complete dependant on the chosen course, this could be a psychometric test, a maths test, or some questions about how they would approach some engineering problems
Fun group exercises
A short presentation to help us understand the candidate’s motivation for the role
